Welcome to GLC Zone. By accessing or using our platform at glczone.in or the GLC Zone mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

GLC Zone is operated by GLC Zone Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U68100BR2025PTC077112), with its registered office in Kishanganj, Bihar, India.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use GLC Zone. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at bdey@glczone.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • One person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and seller confirmation.
  • Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability.
  • Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments.

4. Loyalty Points Program

  • Loyalty Points (LP) are earned on eligible product purchases after successful delivery.
  • LP are non-transferable, non-cashable, and can only be redeemed within the GLC Zone platform.
  • LP have no cash value outside the platform.
  • GLC Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Points program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Points earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Create fake accounts or manipulate the referral system
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our platform
  • Resell products purchased from GLC Zone without authorisation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GLC Zone — including logos, text, images, and software — is the property of GLC Zone Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

GLC Zone is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products sold by third-party sellers. Our liability to you for any claim arising from use of our platform is limited to the value of your last order with us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kishanganj, Bihar, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or push notification.
